Educators face an enormous number of challenges, but schools don’t always have a clear picture of which problems are most pressing, where support is needed, or which resources can actually help.
EIE is building technology to change that.
Our platform collects educator feedback, organizes it securely, identifies patterns and priority needs, and ultimately helps connect those needs to meaningful resources and support.

The Educator Intelligence Layer is the decision-support engine behind EIE’s platform.
It is designed to help transform thousands of individual educator responses into meaningful patterns that schools and education leaders can actually use.
Rather than simply collecting survey data, the system is being designed to identify themes, surface priority needs, recognize support gaps, and help decision-makers understand what educators are experiencing.
Privacy Isn’t an Add-On. It’s Part of the Architecture.
EIE is designing the platform with privacy and security at its foundation.
Different survey anonymity modes are enforced at the database level rather than relying solely on application logic. When a survey is configured for anonymous responses, an educator identity cannot be stored with that response.
Survey versions also lock their anonymity configuration once published and responses exist, helping protect the integrity of the data and the expectations established with educators.
I have become intrigued by the Evolving In Education innovative new perspective on the public education system. By collaborating with the community and industry partners, they will be able to leverage additional resources to support educators through innovation and developing personalized creative ways of learning that will better prepare students by focusing on their strengths and allowing them to reach their full potential.
After studying the methods that will be employed by Evolving in Education, I am confident that they will not only improve the quality and efficacy of education systems but will also arm parents and children with better methods of communication to develop better relationships.
