We Listen. We Learn. We Build.
Empowering Generations
Evolving in Education (EIE) is a nonprofit working to strengthen public education by listening to the people closest to it.
We work alongside educators, students, families, researchers, and communities to understand what they need, turn those insights into meaningful solutions, and help build learning environments where educators and learners can thrive.
Our Mission Is Simple:
listen to educators, turn their voices into insight, and build better support for educators and learners.
From Listening to Action
For years, EIE has brought educators, experts, parents, and community leaders together to talk honestly about what is and isn’t working in education. Those conversations led us to a simple realization: educator voice is one of education’s most valuable sources of intelligence, yet it is often underused. We are building tools that can help change that.
The Educator Intelligence Platform
Our emerging platform is designed to transform educator feedback into meaningful patterns, insights, and actionable support while keeping privacy and human judgment at the center.
It Started With Listening.
Before we built technology, we built relationships.
Through 40+ focus groups with educators, experts, parents, and school and community leaders, we listened to the people experiencing education firsthand.
Those conversations continue to shape our work and the technology we are building today.
LISTEN → UNDERSTAND → PRIORITIZE → RESPOND
We listen to educators, identify patterns in what they’re experiencing, prioritize where support is needed most, and help turn those insights into action.

A Message From Our Founder
Education doesn’t need more people talking about what teachers need. It needs more people listening to them.
Evolving in Education began with conversations. We sat with educators, families, experts, and community leaders and asked a simple question: What would actually help?
Those conversations changed the direction of EIE.
Today, we’re building technology that can help turn educator voice into meaningful insight, helping schools better understand where support is needed and how they can respond.
We’re still building. We’re still listening. And we’re committed to doing both responsibly.
Because technology isn’t the goal.
Better support for educators and better outcomes for students are.
